In which countries is it possible to buy online?
At the moment you can make your purchase in Portugal and Spain.


In how many languages can I navigate?
The fullwear.pt navigation languages are: Portuguese and English.


Are the prices of the online store and my usual Fullwear store the same?
Yes, if there is any difference between the prices presented on the Internet and the prices marked on the labels, it is due to some type of promotion


Will I receive the same product I see in the photo?
Yes, except for products with patterns, there may be a minimum difference in different sizes.


How do I recover my password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve it in the "YOUR ACCOUNT" section.
You will receive an email with your new password.


How do I make sure I've made my purchase correctly?
After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email.
If you do not receive it, please contact our Customer Service.


May I know what state my order is in?
Yes. By going to the "My Account" section later by clicking on "my orders" you can see the status of your order in real time.


Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You may cancel your order and you will need to contact our Customer attendance service.


What should I do if I receive a defective item?
Fullwear only sells articles in perfect condition, however, if you receive an item of clothing that is defective in exceptional circumstances, you may contact our Customer Service Department.


What should I do if I receive a wrong item?
If you accidentally receive an item that you have not requested, please contact our Customer Service.


Is my information confidential?
All the information you have provided us is private and confidential for the development, fulfillment and execution of the contract of sale.

Visualize the product / s that interests you / m. By clicking on you will be able to enlarge the photograph to see in detail and the back of the product, materials, available sizes, reference and price.

Select a garment and add the item to the shopping cart. Then you can choose to continue to buy or place the order and make the payment.

If you wish to continue shopping, you will repeat the process, however, if you choose to place the order, you will have to register.

After entering your data, make sure they are correct and press "confirm".

Choose whether to pick up your order at the Fullwear store or receive it at home through the Chronopost carrier. You can also pick up at one of the several pick up stores in the country that are associated with the carrier, but make sure the shipping and billing address is correct.

Select a payment method: Credit Card, Paypal, ATM

What could cause your credit card to be declined?


Your card may be refused for one of the following reasons:


- The card may have expired: check that your card has not expired.


- You may have reached the card limit: confirm with your bank if the card did not exceed the amount allowed to make purchases.


- It is possible that some of the data entered is incorrect: check that you have filled in correctly all the necessary fields.
